No coming up with a job description. No sifting through hundreds of resumes. No worrying if it’s going to work out. We take the stress & risk out of bringing a new member onto your team so you can worry about what matters most.

Get To Work Faster

Traditional hiring methods take months to get a new employee hired & trained. We have an Amazon-certified VA ready to get to work for you within 2 weeks so you can take your business to the next level faster.

Implement With Ease

Our program doesn’t help you hire then leave you hanging. We walk you through everything you need to do to prepare for & manage a new VA so they become an asset in your business sooner rather than later.

The Most Qualified Candidates

We took the word “qualified” to another level.

To ensure our VAs were of the highest standard, we started VA University, a job placement & online training program that thoroughly vets candidates before putting them through a stringent online training program to learn & be tested on what it takes to be a Virtual Assistant in an Amazon-based seller business.

A Hands-On Approach

When you apply for VA Placement, we work with you from beginning to, well, forever… Not only do we help you find & hire a VA, we continue to provide support even after your VA is hired.

Our VA Placement team helps you onboard your new VA and then monitors your VA’s hours and activity, and manages weekly payroll, so you don’t have to. We even provide continuing education for your VA when Amazon releases something new.

Endless Resources

And we’ve not even mentioned the best part… Being a member of VA Placement gives you access to our exclusive VA Placement Portal.

The VA Placement Portal is a mini course on everything you need to know to prepare for, hire, onboard and manage a new VA in your eCommerce business. It’s a library full of resources at your disposal for getting your new VA up to speed in your business as quickly as possible.

FAQs

Yes! It doesn’t matter what country you are in, you can sign up for VA Placement and hire one of our awesome VAs!

Onboarding
After requesting a VA, you’ll receive an email from us asking you to set up your account for payment via ACH.

Once you’ve set up your account, we’ll send you an invoice for the one-time new member fee of $97. This fee let’s our team know you’re serious about hiring a VA and also gives you immediate access to the VA placement portal so you can start preparing to bring on a new team member.

We start looking for your first candidate right away once you check out.

Monthly Retainer
After the first month, we charge a monthly retainer of $47. This allows us to provide you and your VA with ongoing support, payroll management, activity monitoring and continuing education.

Hourly Rate
This is the hourly rate that your VA earns. It’s a fixed rate of $5 per hour which we will invoice you for weekly

Our pay period is Monday through Sunday. So every Monday morning, we check your VA’s hours and activity and approve their timesheet before sending you an invoice no later than Tuesday. You have until Wednesday of each week to dispute anything on the invoice. Then, on Thursdays, our payment system automatically drafts the amount you were invoiced for directly out of the payment method you set up when you started the program. On Fridays, we pay the VA for the work for the prior week.

All VA Placement VAs take the full VA University training program where they complete more than 100 video lessons and corresponding assessments before being certified by our team for overall preparedness.

When we set out to create VA Placement, we wanted to bring the most highly qualified candidates to our clients who were looking for someone they could trust to outsource their daily tasks to. But the basic employment recruiting websites just didn’t cut it, so we created our own. We started VA University.

VA University works as both a recruitment agency and training program for our VAs. We recruit people in the Philippines who are looking to work digitally from home and use our application process to vet them based on their overall skills, such as their English speaking and writing skills, their typing speed, how well they navigate the web, their ability to work from home (i.e. do they have solid internet, a trusty computer, etc.), etc. Only 10 out of every 500 applicants pass this initial step. Remaining applicants are then personally interviewed by our team for their level of commitment and overall attitude and competency. Only 5 out of every 10 candidates pass that part of the process. Then, we give them access to the VA University training program, which is a series of more than 100 video lessons and corresponding assessments training them on the basics of working as a VA in an Amazon seller business.

If you have your VA working less than 25 hours per week, it is possible that they will also be working as a VA for another VA Placement client. When the VA signed up for this program, they likely did so with the goal of making a full-time income. So if they’re working for you less than full-time, they may have to have an additional client to supplement the income they need to pay their bills.

We highly recommend only getting a VA if you plan on having them work at least 5 hours per week. Otherwise, you will be billed the 5-hour minimum even if the VA was not able to render 5 hours of work.

The maximum number of hours your VA can work is 40 hours per week. If there are occasions when the VA will be needed to work beyond 40 hours, please let the VA Placement team know by emailing [email protected] in advance so that the needed timesheet limit adjustment can be made.

We have recommendations for helping you troubleshoot situations when your VA isn’t meeting your expectations. However, if you choose to let your VA go, our team will support you in finding up to 3 replacements for you.

Great question. And honestly, the answer is… it varies.

We want you to be 100% aware that your VA is not going to be “plug and play” because unfortunately, that’s just not possible. Implementing a new employee in your business, no matter how much education and training they have, requires some work on your end.

You’ll need to have systems and processes in place and detailed task lists for your VA to be successful. And you’ll also want to closely monitor their progress and results for at least the first couple weeks they’re working to make sure they’re doing things how you want them done.

The short answer… No, hiring a VA Placement Virtual Assistant is not completely hands-off.

We highly recommend it. Having a VA can shorten the gap between research and making money. The sooner you hire a VA and automate your scouting process, the more leads you’ll find in and the quicker you’ll be able to start generating money.

No worries. Just email our team at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
