3. HIRE

Get to work fast with the VA Placement Portal, our exclusive mini course to walk you through the hiring, onboarding, and training processes.

4. OUTSOURCE

You and your VA will get to work. You'll train your VA to take over your tasks, and we'll manage your VA so you can worry about what's most important.

FAQs

All VA Placement VAs take the full VA University training program where they complete more than 100 video lessons and corresponding assessments before being certified by our team for overall preparedness.

Afterwards they are certified on the specific program that they will supporting. Please bear in mind though that VAs will still require training and support. We provide them with all of our training materials but they will be learning on the job with each client. If this isn’t what you’re looking for, please don’t proceed with this process. You truly get out what you put in with this process.

When we set out to create VA Placement, we wanted to bring the most highly qualified candidates to our clients who were looking for someone they could trust to outsource their daily tasks to. But the basic employment recruiting websites just didn’t cut it, so we created our own. We started VA University.

VA University works as both a recruitment agency and training program for our VAs. We recruit people in the Philippines who are looking to work digitally from home and use our application process to vet them based on their overall skills, such as their English speaking and writing skills, their typing speed, how well they navigate the web, their ability to work from home (i.e. do they have solid internet, a trusty computer, etc.), etc. Only 10 out of every 500 applicants pass this initial step. Remaining applicants are then personally interviewed by our team for their level of commitment and overall attitude and competency. Only 5 out of every 10 candidates pass that part of the process. Then, we give them access to the VA University training program, which is a series of more than 100 video lessons and corresponding assessments training them on the basics of working as a VA in an Amazon seller business.

If you have your VA working less than 25 hours per week, it is possible that they will also be working as a VA for another VA Placement client. When the VA signed up for this program, they likely did so with the goal of making a full-time income. So if they’re working for you less than full-time, they may have to have an additional client to supplement the income they need to pay their bills.

We have recommendations for helping you troubleshoot situations when your VA isn’t meeting your expectations. However, if you choose to let your VA go, our team will support you in finding up to 3 replacements for you.

Because you are a valued OA client, you are getting the new member and monthly membership fees waived! You then just need to pay the hourly rate that your VA earns. It’s a fixed rate of $5 per hour which we will invoice you for weekly.

After requesting a VA, you’ll receive an email from us asking you to set up your account for payment via ACH or credit card. Our pay period is Monday through Sunday. So every Monday morning, we check your VA’s hours and activity and approve their timesheet before sending you an invoice no later than Tuesday. You have until Wednesday of each week to dispute anything on the invoice. Then, on Thursdays, our payment system automatically drafts the amount you were invoiced for directly out of the payment method you set up. On Fridays, we pay the VA for the work for the prior week.

No worries. Just email our team at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
